Under Ing Shiang’s professional procedures and strict guidelines, we work closely with contract farmers throughout the entire growing process from supplying the seeds to the harvest. Our vegetables retain their original flavor, freshness and sweetness because we put them through Instant Quick Freezing (IQF) within 4 to 6 hours from harvesting at the farm. Furthermore, we quality check our products before harvest and after freezing.
